Born in 1956 in Toronto, Terry Ananny resides in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Terry Ananny’s bright and colourful paintings of children at play in the great outdoors cheerfully recapture the unique magical moments of childhood. Her works are held in over 250 Canadian and international corporate collections. Canada’s Prime Ministers, Governor Generals, and the Government of Canada have collected her work over the last decade. Her work has been commissioned for a Canadian coin (shortlisted) and selected by UNICEF, Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada, Save the Children, Canadian Greetings, Canadian Cystic Fibrosis and has appeared on covers of government periodicals and educational textbooks.
